Our philosophy
“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”
Why we do it
Our view of the future is to revolutionize the sports agents industry so that agents provide more than excellent representation to make a positive impact on the lives of their players. Past and current Prime Sports Management players would have gained the skills, investments and knowledge to secure their existing and future well-being.
How we do it
Prime Sports Management adds quality managerial, legal, financial and public life skills counsel to traditional agent services. Instilling family values, financial security and sound legal decisions, PSM expands clients professionally and personally. This ensures that their professional and personal path is a satisfying, successful and sustainable journey.

PSM identifies players with the talent and determination to succeed for the full term of their playing careers, and match them with clubs that respect and remunerate them according to accepted international standards.

Ploughing back
Our singular dedication to empower our players is matched by our ambition to grow our business and underpinned by our commitment to stem poverty, drug and alcohol abuse, and crime – often a reality in poor areas where talent grows.
